The Fitness Center is closed, effective at 5 p.m. March 16th. At this point we do not have a re-opening date and we will keep everyone updated as things change.

Fitness Center Members:

Your membership was immediately placed on hold so there's no need to contact us to pause or cancel your membership. Rest assured that no one will be accountable for any dues payments during our closure. When our re-open date is set we will be in contact with everyone regarding our planned procedures moving forward. If you paid your March 2020 monthly dues your next monthly payment (when we re-open) will be credited for the last 2 weeks of March.

We will be sending updates via email and Facebook as well so be sure to check all of our communication outlets. Please be safe and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.

The Mt. Washington Fitness Center WElcomes you!

The Mt. Washington Conference Center houses a full-service commercial fitness center. Memberships are available to the general public and on-campus employees. Hotel guests enjoy complimentary access including exercise classes. Please obtain a fitness access badge from the front desk if you wish to visit the fitness center while staying with us.

Fitness Equipment

We have all of the equipment that you would find in a traditional fitness center including strength training, cardio and modern functional equipment. Our strength equipment includes circuit training machines, free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, benches and squat rack. The cardio equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, seated bikes, rowers and steppers. We also offer several pieces of functional equipment including cable machines, TRX, stability balls, medicine balls, bands, etc

Basketball Courts

The second floor of the facility houses a volleyball/basketball court which can also be used for games and group fitness classes. This floor houses our cycling studio where we offer spin classes. In addition, we have a padded walking track located on a mezzanine above the gym.

Memberships

On-campus employees as well as area residents are able to purchase monthly memberships. We’re fully open to the public and have become a popular destination for residents of northern Baltimore. The fitness center membership offers 24/7 access and includes all of our scheduled fitness classes.

Services & Amenities

.We have a staff of Certified Personal Trainers available for private or small group training sessions. Our facility has locker rooms for men and women. Each locker room has a sauna and fully stocked showers including towel service.
